Registation link missing

Hello,
I tryed to search it and get it also by the wp-login.php?action=register action, but i can’t find the register page.
So far i have only the login page, and link from the menu, but it doesn’t say the message ” click here to regirest a new account”.

Am i missing something, or i should activate the register page from somewhere?
(I have the option allow visitor to register ON)

Is there a way to have the logout action to the menu or submenu?
