recent listing customization

I want to do few customization and want help from coding experts on this forums.

1) how to round edges of recent listing blocks.

2) How to change change background of COUPON and CBUTTON background/background image.

3) Can I use custom field in query string.For example if I create custome field say “one day offer” and then create a listing box in home page and want to show listing that have this particular field.

4) Having different layout for Listing carousel, actually I don’t want to show COUPON/CBUTTON on slider and also want to compact the size of slides.
