RE: Paypal Payment Gateway, Order Manager, Sandbox, 3 Errors!

Hello,

I use Auction Theme (version 8.0) in this Wordress (version 4.1.1) site :

I am trying to make sure that the Paypal payment gateway is working correctly.

1) I recently made real/live transactions to pay auction items/test the payments, the payments to Paypal was successful, my Paypal balance was charged.

But, the listings I paid for, is still displaying “Pay Now” button, is this normal ?

The Pay Now button should no longer show if it’s already been paid for…

I found this thread that maybe has similar issue :

2) Another issue, the payments are showing up in order report
(Theme Options -> Order Manager), but the “username” field is Blank…

3) The sandbox seems not working too, even though it is set to use Sandbox in Paypal gateway setting, when I click Pay Now button, it keeps going to live Paypal payment page.

Can you please take a look on the issues?

I have submitted a ticket like Marie (chat support operator) had directed me to do so.
Marks reply to the ticket was not helpful he just asked me 2 questions that was already answered in my original message. It’s like he didn’t even read my ticket or login on my website.

Not to mention the live chat has been offline for 72hours+
