Radio to Text (is it possible?)

Greetings

I have realator non responsive theme, and i got this idea and i need your help to get it right.

I am wondering is it possible to change radio custom field input to text. (see picture). I want to set it for the minimum and maximum price.

Can you tell me what i need to do and where are those files that needs to be edited?
