Problems on CSS changing after I edit text on child theme home page

I have responsive directory 6.55 and child theme BT (business directory) from Mark Fail.
When I edit the page setup > home page > html element
to add a hyperlink for the “add your Business”



The main page boxlink expands in size

it seems a second boxlink of 370×85 is added under the original box link

Ideally I would like the size of the box link to remain in its original of 370×206 AND have the hyperlink to the “add your business” page on my site

Any help would be appreciated
