Problem in Store Setup – Couponpress theme

Hi

I am facing issue in setting up store page on my website, i am using couponpress theme.

i am not able to see store name or image on my store list page. and i have created every store properly.

I have also tried changing various option in store list page. Is there any tutorial text or vedio for this.
