Paypal Subscription User imported to New site

I need help with EXISTING Paypal recurring user payments.

1) I have 500 user with Recurring Payments set up via a subscription button.
2) I would like to take each of the user and the existing subscription for the recurring payment.
3) Connect each user and their unique Recurring Payment Received via – Express Checkout for: (ID 3xxxxx)to t Premium press site where that user can create a listing etc.
4) If the existing Recurring Payment Received via – Express Checkout for: (ID) is cancelled or payment is not received the PremiumPress site would respond as it normally would and move the listing to pending and send email to user that their listing has been removed….
