Paypal Payment Gateway Forces Customer to Join to Checkout

Paypal used to allow guest checkout with a credit card… Now when I go to checkout, I am forced to join in order to make a payment.

If this is the developer of the gateway making affiliate money on every new member they bring to paypal at the inconvenience of our customers we should be very angry. We will definitely have purchases abandoned due to this inconvenience.

“No PayPal account? Pay using your credit or debit card” used to be a guest checkout. Now it takes you to a long-winded screen that gives you the option to use your PayPal account or Join, thats it. Terrible user experience!
