Paypal Checkout

Just a question about checkout.
When a customer is redirected to paypal it asks them to register before payment is made.

What if the customer doesnt want to register to make payment, Im confussed as to whether they must register to recieve invoice from paypal or why cant it just redirect to the Driectory Theme Callback page and customer can see invoice in their MY ACCOUNT section ?

How is all this working ?
