Payment Gateway Bank Transfer incomplete

The Bank Transfer Payment for the responsive theme is not creating orders because customers dont have a button to save the order.
When i admin test it its says “paid” and it shoud say waiting payment so the admin would change the state when the payment arrives.
Anyway, the order still doesnt appear to the customer in his area and he dont receive the info by email.

I have the same plugin in the shopperpress theme and it works fine, the order appear in logged in area and you can see it later and even print the invoice

Anyone as the same problem?
