– ability to add testimonials type posts to listing. users can add from front end. reviews is different from testimonial
– ability to have a FAQ type posts for the listing
– ability to add multiple office locations

each of these will be in their separate tabs.
so when the user looks at a listing they can switch between the tabs to view the different information.
