Only 1 voucher appearing on iPad

I tried downgrading to wordpress 3.5.2 and it still only shows 1 coupon per page on the ipad. I used the following methodology:
1) deactivated all plugins
2) deleted wp-admin and wp-includes folders
3) deleted all files in the home directory except .htaccess and wp-config
4) copied over the 3.5.2 wp-admin, wp-includes folders and home directory files
5) went to site’s admin area and said yes to update database
6) Reactivated plugins

Do I need to go further back than 3.5.2? Do I need to downgrade to 7.1.3? Something else?
