No-image displaying at topof DirectoryPress listings

    instead of the featured image (which I think is what is supposed to display here)
    I just have a grey box where the image should be. I have upgraded from an older version and apart from this everything seems ok.

    Do I need to run the thumbnail plugin you guys have to try and resize the images? Or if something else at work?
