Migration from Localhost to Live server

    I Migrated from Localhost to Live Server yesterday. After Migration, the website is not opening. At the localhost too unable to open /wp and wp/wp-admin. I am getting the following error:

    “Forbidden

    You don’t have permission to access /wp/wp-admin/ on this server.

    Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

    Can anybody help me in this regard.Where the migration went wrong?

    As far live server is considered I am getting the message that it is under construction.
