LMS Theme actually create lessons?

I have a silly question, but I have been searching on both the admindemo and userdemo and can’t figure it out. With this theme can you actually build lessons and courses or just a place to register for the courses? I feel like I have clicked everywhere, but can’t actually get into or edit a course.
