Listings packages/membership questions

Hi guys. Using the latest version of the directory theme, following are some general questions that I hope answered. Before I get to my questions, I’ve noticed that deleting a membership package will cause all membership packages to delete too, which caused me to redo my membership packages again and again. I don’t know if that’s a bug, but i just wanted to let the guys at PremiumPress to know. Back to my questions.

1. How to give a single user an extra listing? For example, a user pays for the most expensive membership package that comes with say 40 listings and they needed few extra listings. Is it possible to give few extra listings per user?

2. Suppose I want to switch from membership packages to offer only listing packages. A user pays for the listing but come back after a week wanting to pay for extra enhancements under the listing package. Is this possible? How?

3. How would you show the enhancements included in a membership package using the default text? There’s an option to show default text in membership packages settings, but when I switch this on it doesn’t show anything.

4. How would one set the location in the advanced search to the listings countries only (e.g. countries where listing are posted only)? Is is possible to automate it?
