How do I contact someone in charge at Premium Press regarding a bug with my website that is still unresolved?
I have submitted a ticket regarding the bug and Technical Support is not able to fix the issue. Since they are not able to fix the bug then I need for someone to point me in the right direction on how to fix the error myself.
I even submitted another ticket to have a manager contact me and that ticket was ignored too. I am frustrated with the lack of customer support at Premium Press.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
