Job Board at PremiumPress issues

This is for the job board here at premium press
1. At the bottom of Apply for job it says:
Upload your CV (Curriculum Vitae) via the members area and it can be attached to this application.
Where?
I cant see anywhere at job board to do this, nor on my normal member page either.
2. WHY is there not an area on the member page where we can set out a description of our work or expertise areas? eg:
Demo image(s): eg: if I make graphics I’d like to show what I can do???
My fields: css, custom design, html, child themes
Description: Blah blah blah
Star ratings, reviews and display past work completed?
Ideally I’d like to see a star rating PER work completed presented in list format with users id photo(or uploaded image of completed work), description, star rating and a “would use again/would not use again” displayed.
3. WHY cant users click on a profile to view information? And at the same time be able to decide who is best choice to complete their posted work?
4. Why is there not a “hire me” section? Where workers can create a listing and have users hire them for the work?
Or if this cant be done, a new install for a “Hire workers” section on this site?
4. IM? For questions? There are more than a few listings there where persons listing are vague about the work they require. Some just say “I need help to customise”. Not helpful to not know if its css or php or create plugins etc
5. Can listings be made to “auto expire” after 30 days unless reposted? There are listings there from over a year ago. So no way to tell whether the person is still looking for work to be done.

At this point I’d like to point out that we’re searching through about 40 pages of listings at the moment which takes a while to read through, only to discover the majority are “old” listings that probably aren’t available as work after this amount of time.
As time passes there’s likely to be hundreds of pages of irrelevant listings to sort through.

6. Listings marked as completed should delete after 7 days.
7. There is NO search bar. So I cant look for work that is relevant to my expertise. One person wants seo, another wants css, site setup and etc. Needs a search.
8. Create new listing page needs a select (tick) box (multi choice) for the type of work, ie: css, child theme, php, plugins, fix errors, seo, site setup, graphic designs etc, so that those listing actually DO have to categorise their listing in some way rather than just typing “i need help”.

9. WHY is there no “hire me at premiumpress job board” button AT premium press? There’s one for osdesk (which I have no intention of ever becoming a member of).

Theres probably more, I’ll probably think of them later, but these will do for now.
