I have Recurring set up as Subscription type. Do I have to edit each new Order?

    I have “recurring” set up for my subscriptions, but have found to have to modify the Order on each one to “Recurring” instead of Complete after giving Credit to my best clients to re-sign up for the (new) site.
    Is that a “bug” or just a step I have to take with every new order?
