Directory Press, listing setup as a premium account that includes the html editor. Im logged in as the subscriber who just claimed their listing and you can see a box appear on the left and then disappear. When I click out of description and then back in you can see the html editor bar appear at the top briefly and then dissppear as well

Any clues as to what is going o and how to get the editor to stay and work?

Attached video and here is same video on youtube

    Yes, it is a bug.

You can make the change yourself or you can upload it directly in your child theme directory.
    File in question: /templates/add-form-main.php
Make a copy of the ‘/templates/add-form-main.php and open to edit.

Look around line #275 and replace } else { with } else if( remove ) {.

Note: This template was taken from DT 9.4.3. However, I believe the file is identical across all themes, I’d recommend checking though.

The attached file already has the changes. Just upload into the child theme directory if you wish to use it.

That’s a different issue why it jumbles to the left.

    Try refreshing the page.

Did you disable Top Navigation and Main Navigation in the Header section?
And did you create a menu with manual links?
