How to take the backup of couponpress theme

Hi all,
I have edited my couponpress theme according to my liking by changing the css .Can any one help me out the following
a) How to take the backup of the edited coupon press theme and restore the theme on a new website.
b) How to take the backup of coupons and posts and restore them on new website.Please help me out i dont how to do this
