How to setup a mailing list in Coupon Press?

Hi,

on the Coupon Theme demo site is a widget right-top,
SUBSCRIBE NOW!Join our mailing list…

And in the demo admin under Email management > Mailing List
are options to setup Confirmed Users, Email Settings, Import Subscribers, Send Email.

Just this is the version 3.5.

I didn’t find this options and widget in the most recents versions (7.1.4).

How can I setup a Mailing List with the last added coupons end offers, and where can I find the widget to subscribe to the mailing list?

Have to install an extra plugin?
