    Hello Mark,
1.Install the Website Screenshot Capture plugin >>https://www.premiumpress.com/plugin/website-screenshot-capture/
2.Go to Listing Setup >Custom Fields >Create a custom field >database key as url
3.Go to Theme Setup >General Setup >Plugin – Website Screenshot Settings >Website Custom Key >select url

hi … thanks for the response. I already have that setup, however, it’s not worked for my new listings, so I wanted to force it… How can I update existing listings that dont have a screenshot generated?

yeah I have. It was working well, but I asked someone else to add listings for me (via the front end). What is the thing that triggers them to be created? Is it the initial publish or everytime we click save in the WP backend?

As long as the user has entered the full url (including https://) it should work correctly. Please open a ticket if not working >>https://s.premiumpress.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
