How does one hide items that are out of stock.

We are getting a number of products that are 0 quantity and are rather seasonal. We do not want to place them in the trash, delete them, nor move them to another category, but we do not want shopperpress to show products that are out of stock. Is there a way to do this? — Thanks

You need to have your settings set to qty control.

ShopperPress is set to quantity control and when the item gets to zero, it replaces the quantity from a number with “Out of Stock” rather than hiding the item from the shoppers view. Here is an example: http://www.rednecknaturalist.com/category/fishing/ – This would be fine if the shopper came in via a search, but scrolling through miles of out of stock data to find in stock gets old. Thanks for your thoughts.

Why would you have that many products that are ‘Out of Stock’?

Just the nature of my business. Wide inventory, but shallow do to supply chain. :)

This will require some customisation. Try the job board.

    Kind regards,
