How do you have Listing Expiry set up in Listing Settings?

Right now, I don’t have Memberships, just Listings. The listings are set up as recurring payments. The only time they expire is when the user cancels their subscription.
In Listing Settings, under “Change Statue” should I choose “Do Nothing” or “Set To Expired – user to Repay”?

I *had* it on Set To Expired – user to replay but my users were getting admin emails saying they needed to replay (but didn’t).
I have it set to “Do Nothing” now but it seems like then I would allow people who cancel to still be listed on the site.

How do you have this set up?
