How do you enable recurring Payments within Paypal?

    I am trying to set up recurring payments within my site as all members will be required to pay a repeat payment each month. I have selected the recurring Payment(where possible) dropdown. within the theme Payment setup.

    Do I need to set my paypal account up to enable it for recurring payments.

    Any ideas welcome.
