How Do I Remove This From My Home Page?

    Hi

    I tried to upgrade my theme but then decided to go back to my old version. When I did this all the presets were lost:(

    And I end up with this green banner https://screencast.com/t/mSCogYLIzA.

    If I go to general settings I can add text over this green banner. I removed the text. https://screencast.com/t/utt0owKxc8 but there is no obvious way to remove the green banner.

    1) I would like to remove the green banner but have no idea where to do it.

    2) I would like to change the hover colour to blue instead of green.
