Home Page Alignments OUT

I am attempting to use the home page edittor but it will NOT work.
1. I cannot change the position of the areas (eg: text/carousel/etc) up or down.
When I mouse them they just go to “blue highlight” and dont move. So I cannot put text below carousel.
the only way I can change them is to delete the whole area, and then add them all back in in the order I want them
2. Clicking InLine Fullwidth Under Header changes nothing.
There are no changes
3. Slideshow is displaying BENEATH all the other areas and OVER the top of the footer.

I am using the latest version of SHOPPERPRESS THEME.
and I need a fix for this asap.

does anyone know how to fix this?

I have cleared my cache etc
