Header background problems?

    I’m just about happy with the site usacoax.com, selling coaxial cable and connectors from our own site in addition to the other sites we sell through.

    I’m trying to get my header background image to display on all pages. Unfortunately, on any page that isn’t my home page, it instead displays a gray background. This code is present on my home page (where the image displays) and other pages (where the gray displays):

    #header {background: url(“wp-content/themes/shopperpress/thumbs/flag-header.png”) repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;}

    If I right click on the header on the home page, go to Inspect Element, and block that code, then the image disappears and a white-to-gray gradient is displayed.

    If I right click on the header on any othe rpage, go to Inspect Element, and block that code, then the gray disappears and the same white-to-gray gradient is displayed.

    Any suggestions on where to put any code (and what code that would be) to help?
