guidance needed for listing

hello friends kindly guide me for the listings page. my page appears very dull and does not provide the listing link the one seen in demo. i have attached 2 files, one with the demo that i want and the other my own listings. The image is also not coming.
actually i want : description, comments, listing details etc.. like the image 1 just like the image 1 that i have attached.I have tried all the options but still i am getting image 2 like listing only. Also kindly guide as to how can i change the text from author to company and listings to products.
