Filters and Locations

Im using Directory theme and im trying to work out distance and location filters.
Im also trying to figure out WHY i have Thailand in the locations and also on the homepage search –

– How do I remove or fix this
– How to i fix the distance filter (its not showing distance – its showing countries)
– Locations is also showing countries.
– Is there a way for me to add states. custom option in the homepage search are as well
