Errors on Checkout, No Orders in Manager & Emails coming w/ Wrong header…

Hey Guys getting this error at the very end of checkout: Can’t connect to local MySQL server through socket ‘/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock’ (2) on line: 1058

Here is what is on line 1058 from last checkout page portion before clicking next button where error occurs…

Line 1058: <li id=”wp-admin-bar-wpaas-flush-cache”>Flush Cache</div> <ul id=”wp-admin-bar-top-secondary” class=”ab-top-secondary ab-top-menu”>

I have absolutely no idea what this is…never experienced it before…

In the past only only used Amazon products with no problem… had the idea to add some of my own products with a standard in house checkout and tested a sample to get this error…

Also, the order does not show up in my “Order Manager” however, I do receive email confirmations for orders…but, another strange thing is that email received shows it coming from WordPress and not the email I have designated in Settings…

Any advice would be greatly appreciated…
