    Hello,
    I am trying to personalize the emails ShopperPress sends out when my customers make an order, and when they make a payment.
    Everything is working perfectly… except if I click on the right-side, where it says “Personalize Your Email”… nothing happens.

    I click and nothing happens.
    Neither does dragging the text towards the email.

    From watching the tutorial, I believe it is used by:
    (username)
    (firstname)
    (email)
    etc etc

    Yet I place those in the outgoing email template, and when I do tests, nothing comes up.

    Any idea if there is something stuck on my side of things?
