Edit or change social media icon on blog page.

Hello Josh or other guru,

Each blog post includes the date of posting and social media icon. 4 icons appeared on blog post that is facebook, twitter, LinkedIn and Google+. Is it possible to change or customize the icon? I do not have LinkedIn and Google+ and is it very confusing if to leave the icon there. I have changed the social media icon under the Theme Setup. Out of choice, I use tumblr icon in youtube section and pinterest icon in RSS Feed section. All my 4 social media icons showed nicely under footer but the social media icons in the blog post are not linked to the icon in the footer.
