Can I use this file in the Go-Natty coupon theme? If yes, where do I have to upload it?

What about the date / time translations? Where can I translate them, or hide the visibility in the article overview?

I tried uploading Shakib’s zip file through Theme Options -> Language Setup -> Language Files -> Upload Language File. It errors out with:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_file_description() (previously declared in …/wp-admin/:57) in …/wp-admin/ on line 70
