Don’t see some options under User Settings

Recently I purchased Premiumpress Dating Theme. I don’t see ‘User Sets Username’, ‘User Sets Password’, ‘Hide Fist/Last Name’ and ‘Mobile Phone’ options under ‘User Settings’ > ‘Registration’ which I see in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sYYd4Nyl8AI) exact time 0:36.

I have not received a reply from support, So I’m asking here. Just tell me whether I’m the only one facing this issue or if others also can’t see these options.
