Directory theme, setting amenities per category

I hope someone who is using a directory theme can help me understand this. Is it possible to set different amenities per category?

For example, if the category is rentals, is it possible to display only rental amenities in the features section such as furnished, air conditioner etc. and in a different category such as accommodations for example to have a different set of amenities?

I am using the latest version.
