I’ve done a fresh install of the directory theme, using restaurant design Style 2
On my listings settings page I’ve added custom fields Price Range and First Impression, both using the default dbkey as suggested by the theme. Both fields are added to the db postmeta table with both the description and dbkey, so the value of the fields is added twice to the database. Seems a bit strange to me?
When I do a csv import, I can add custom fields, but I can’t select the name of any of the custom fields that I’ve created on the Listing settings.
I’ve added an extra column to my csv file containing a title and selected that as the Name for the Custom Field Import. For the value of the CF I can select the other column of my csv file. None of those fields are added to the database during the import.
For the second attempt I’ve added a column to my csv file containing the dbkey from my Listing settings custom fields. When running the import I’ve added the custom field again, and for the name I’ve selected “Enabe Textfield” and mapped this to the column in my csv which contains the dbkey value.
This is adding the correct value to my Listing Custom Fields and they are shown on the Listing Page View!!
So no need to buy WP import or anything similar, just a little bit of extra work and the PremiumPress import plugin works fine!

I’ve created a video how to do this:

Any questions please let me know.
I hope Mark or Marie can have a look at this and maybe solve this “solution” in one of the next updates of the theme/plugin?
