Customers are given final price when buying an item but when they get to pay via PayPal the shipping cost isn’t added (they end up paying costs minus delivery). Business PayPal account is used to receive funds.
All local (UK) orders are free for purchases over £50 – this seems to work okay as does adding discount codes. I see that someone else had a similar issue here:
but a solution is not given. The one thing I do notice on the Payment Status page (Order Mgr > click on Order ID > Payment Status) is that it refers to the test site that SP was migrated from (see attached).. should this make a difference? You can also see I’ve highlighted the amount which is the cost of the item, minus 10% discount but excluding the £4 delivery charge.
Please help! It’s getting embarrassing having to email the customer asking to pay for delivery after they’ve purchased item.
