Dating website no message sending

Hi,
I have an issue with the dating website, members can not send any message to other ones, after completing message there is no button to send it on laptop or mobile, only a small case to click saying “Acceptez de” (french version) but nothing happens when we fill the field.
Other problem in the chatroom when I send message I have on “my messages” a green number saying how many messages I’ve sent but when I click on it it’s blank, not possible to look at the messages send or received.
Can you help me?
