    I am new to wordpress so please bear with me! I have set up my website in shopperpress and am ready to import the feed. I have downloaded the file from affiliate window and saved into an excel spreadsheet and zipped it.
    However, when I uploaded it into my site the fields were populated with symbols rather than text and there was no pictures.
    What have I done wrong???
