Custom Field Have Disappeared From The Screen Option In Listing Manager

After create my custom field in the listing setup I notice that custom field in the screen option is not appearing. i have over 40 unique database keys and made sure i didn’t use the default keys because i had issue in the pass. for example

instead of using dbkey: city
i used dbkey: city_a

the strange thing is, it’s the back end of the site that is giving me issue not the front end. Also not of the drop menus are working properly like tag and Publish.

any clues why?

what I’ve done so far is, clear my cache, disable all my plugin, logged out and logged back in, created a dummy site and reposted the same listing on that site same issue immediately.
