CSV Import overwrited SKU field

Using shopperpress – newest version.

I recently downloaded, edited and reuploaded my products via CSV import.
Unfortunately it has changed all my SKU’s to be the same as the ID field and the post ID field.

No matter what I try, it will not accept my custom SKU’s.

I have searched the forum but cannot find a solution.

On another note, I have 2046 products but the export options only have 0 to 1000 and 1000 to 2000. Export ALL only exports 1001
