CouponPress Article Search

I can’t get the either of the search widgets to generate results for article posts.

I’d like users to be able to have the ability to search the article content on my site, or display Article categories if that is possible another way, the main goal being to make article content more accessible than having to go through all the old posts one page at a time on the page article template setup.

When I use the “NEW** BASIC SEARCH WIDGET**” and select the search type as “Articles” I get no result when I enter any query.

Any guidance provided would be greatly appreciated.
