<vent>I’m starting to get a little annoyed, and I’m trying not to. I thought I’ve been asking for help with the simple things, and I’ve been pretty much hitting a brick wall. I figured if I’m getting support, then I should get some kind of feasible answers, a manual that actually works so I don’t have to come across as asking stupid questions…those kind of things. I know that this is a new product, but all I want is to either be pointed in the right direction from someone (only because I’m going to be asking the same exact questions that a 1,000 people will ask) or give me the direct answer. I don’t like a beat around the bush answer. A direct answer. Clean and clear cut.
I’m now doubting myself in buying this…only because I’m all over the threads reading every thing…and there’s normally never a direct answer. I’ve seen some great answers…and then I see a lot of grey answers. </vent>
