Child theme for dp1.wlthemes.com?

I’m using the Directory theme and have come across the dp1.wlthemes.com site, which has a lovely theme to it. Currently it shows a man wearing a hard-hat and with the main menu above this image presenting as separate tabs to the right of the page.
Is there a child theme with this main menu tabbed layout? I can’t seem to find anything with that layout and I would love to use it for my directory.
If there is no child theme available, is there an easy way to make the main menu display this way?
