Changing Miles to kilometers

Please see images attached as they are self explanatory.

I would like any advice as to where or how to make the change from Miles to kilometers in Car Dealer theme New 8.9 theme.

I have changed it in Language Set up > Car Dealer Theme. However It is still showing Miles on the home page carousel and in listing details for adding a new listing.

Does anybody know if I have missed a step?
