Change view of the Listing Page

THIS SHOULD BE IN DIRECTORY RESPONSIVE THEME– but that option was not in the dropdown list.

In the Video tutorial, Mark’s demo shows the Listings on the Left and the Memberships on the right. This is far better than how it is showing on my site. On my site the Listings come first and the Memberships below that. Visitors will not see the Memberships — and I am WANTING them to see the Membership option either FIRST or BESIDE the listings, as shown on Mark’s Demo. How do I do this?
