change placeholder text

I would like to change the placeholder text in the search box from “search” to “Search Merchants” i am using vacation theme child theme see here https://test.travelvouchercodes.com/. I have been looking around the admin but cant find anywhere that changes this and not sure what file to edit. If anyone could point me in the right direction would be much appreciated.
