Change email to reply direct to user

Currently the system generates an email inquiry via host email, user receives email but some go to spam. I would like to change the way the email comes in so the inquiry is from the person inquiring and then the person selling the property can hit reply instead of composing a new email.

We do not want to use the internal messaging system and would like to use the email of the registered user for all contact.
